Hello everyone. First off, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who submitted a survey response; any and all submissions (even the mean ones) are being taken into consideration. The officer team still hasn't sat down and hammered out everything we're going to be doing with this information, but expect more news on it later this week as a collective. However, for the time being I thought people might be interested in seeing some stats on the submissions.
It seems that overwhelmingly people are interested in more communication, transparency, especially when it comes to the raid roster. It's difficult to post the rosters due to the mechanics of juggling 32 players' schedules, but we'll try to at least post something to help give a little insight before Tuesday's raid. Moreover, about a third of you posted that you were either interested in being a full-fledged officer or some minor role of authority with a limited bailiwick. We're looking into these players as options as well, and it's almost guaranteed we'll start looking into more players to expand our officer base. Fun side note: with a total of 24 submissions, and a total of 29 :^)'s, we have 1.208 :^)'s per capita.
Expect more updates this week regarding the short paragraph questions and what the officer team decides is the proper course of action from here.
